APPA BOARD MEETING – 26 NOVEMBER 2011
The following changes to the Board of APPA were made at its meeting in Melbourne:

President.

· Peter O'Dare - retired with effect from 31 December, 2011.
· Charlie Hutchison – elected to take office 1 January, 2012, for 3 years.

Vice President.

· Charlie Hutchison - resigned with effect from 31 December, 2011.
· Phillip O'Rourke - elected to take office 1 January, 2012, for 3 years.

Secretary.

· Luc Lombardo - with effect from 26 November, 2011
. Brendon Underwood elected to take office with effect from 1 January, 2012, for 3 years.

Treasurer.

· Marie Hutchison - continues in office to 31 December, 2012.

Pitch and Putt Association of South Australia Representative.

· Peter O'Dare - elected to take office with effect 1 January, 2012, for 3 years.

Pitch and Putt Association of the ACT Representative.

· Charlie Hutchison - vacated 18 November, 2009.
. Luc Lombardo - elected to take office with effect from 4 February, 2011, for 3 years.

Registered Members' Representative.

· Phil Shaw-Dennis - continues in office to 31 December, 2012.

Accredited Players' Representative.

· Vacant - position to be reviewed.

FIPPA Council Representative.

· Tim Terrell - retired with effect from 31 December,2011.

Charlie Hutchison - elected to take office 1 January, 2012, for 3 years.

Handicapper.

. Brendon Underwood elected to take office from 1 January, 2012, for 3 years.

Rankings and Board Member withut Portfolio.

. Tim Terrell elected to take office with effect 1 January, 2012, for 3 years.

Assistant to Secretary for Minutes.

. Marie Hutchison elected to take office with effect from 1 January, 2012, for 3 years.

Assistant to Handicapper.

. Peter O'Dare elected to take office with effect from 1 January, 2012, for 3 years.

Statutory Officers.

Auditor - Valerie Buckle - continues in office.

Public Officer - Phil O'Rourke - continues in office.
