APPA BOARD MEETING – 18 NOVEMBER 2009

The following changes to the Board of APPA were made at its meeting in Adelaide:

President
· Tim Terrell - retired with effect from 31 December, 2009. · Peter O'Dare (outgoing PPASA Representative) – elected to take office 1 January, 2010, for 3 years.

Vice President
· Morrie Daley - resigned with effect from 18 November, 2009. · Charlie Hutchison - took office 19 November, 2009, for 3 years.

Secretary
· Brian Kirkby - continues in office from 28 February, 2010, for 3 years.

· Marie Hutchison - continues in office to 31 December, 2010.

Pitch and Putt Association of South Australia Representative
· Peter O'Dare - vacates 31 December, 2009 - new appointee required.

Pitch and Putt Association of the ACT Representative
· Charlie Hutchison - vacated 18 November, 2009 - new appointee required.

Registered Members' Representative
· Phil Shaw-Dennis - continues in office to 31 December, 2010.

Accredited Players' Representative
· Brendan Underwood - vacates office 12 January, 2010 - Recognised Entities invited to nominate new member, one nominee to be appointed by Board.

FIPPA Council Representative,br> · Tim Terrell - continues in office pro tem.

Statutory Officers,

Auditor - Valerie Buckle - continues in office.

Public Officer - Phil O'Rourke - resumes office from Tim Terrell 19 November, 2009.
